Paul accepts work on the basis that you provide him with a downpayment, after the deadline passed Paul emailed me and said he could not be bothered.

I then asked for a refund of my downpayment and he said his paypal was empty and he went on to block me from msn. After numerous emails Paul replied with a simple "F*** off your moneys mine"

Paul has scammed numerous people, beware of Paul Dawson.
